This was not the original idea I had in my head for this project.... but I love the way it turned out and I hope you do too!
For our first challenge from Jason we could create anything. We just needed to use the word "sweet" use mostly "pink" and have a "sweet treat" as our element. This was a great first challenge thank you.
I used my new Sizxix embossing folder, nesties labels 4, and paper from K&Co. Sweet Talk stack. I colored the embossed image with chalk. I put some stickles on the candle (it did not show up well in the picture). Cut the word "Sweet" from Cricut Stone Script at 1 inch and the "16" from Plantin Schoolbook at 3/4 in.
check out the other wonderful creations my team mates have come up with at http://www.sugarsweetpapertreats.blogspot.com/

Hi, it's a very great blog!
I could tell how much efforts you've taken on it.

Britten, My ACMoore got the Sizzix folders in last week I had to have them. They are just like our cuttlebug ones but in multi packs. The set I used had 1 big 1 medium and 2 little folders. I can't wait for the next challenge either.
Great job!! Love the cupcake! I'm like Britten I didn't know about the embossing folders either!! Now I will have to add these to my want list hee hee!!
