My Very First Tag for a Special Friend

I am quite proud of this tag. I used my Tim Holtz Distress stains, clear embossing powder, My Creative Time teeny tag greetings stamps, copics and tulle. I made this for a great friend who is moving soon and I will miss her dearly. I hope she likes it! It's supposed to be a surprise but if she sees it here first I think it will be ok.
